Each 600gm pack makes approximately 12-15 Idlis and serves uptown 2 people. Whereas Each 1.2kg pack can make approximately 20-24 idlis, usually, it can comfortably serve 4 people, but we won’t judge if you devour it all by yourself.

To maintain the freshness and quality of Jain & Iyer batters, store them in the refrigerator at all times at a temperature of 2°C to 4°C. Idli, Dosa, and Ragi batters can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, though many customers find they remain good for up to a week. Ensure the batter is stored in an airtight container to prevent contamination and preserve its flavor. For Vada batter, store it in the freezer, where it can be kept for up to a week.
The difference between our Fine Ground and Medium Ground Wheat Flour lies in the texture. Fine Ground is perfect for recipes that require a smoother consistency, like cakes and pastries, while Medium Ground is ideal for bread and roti making, giving them a slightly denser texture
