
Multigrain Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
Jain & lyer. Multigrain Dosa Instant Mix
Water
Method:
Mix equal parts of the instant mix and water in a bowl. Stir well until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
Heat a tava (pan), pour a ladleful of the batter, and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
