Multigrain Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Jain & lyer. Multigrain Dosa Instant Mix

  • Water

Method:

  1. Mix equal parts of the instant mix and water in a bowl. Stir well until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

  2. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.

  3. Heat a tava (pan), pour a ladleful of the batter, and spread it evenly in a circular motion.

  4. Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden and crispy.

  5. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
