(a) Website Owner.  The Jain family is the owner of this website, “Jainandiyer.com”. This online privacy notice discloses information practices for this website, including what type of personally identifiable information is requested to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

(b) Website Visits. In general, you can visit on the Website without disclosing any personal information. Jain and Iyer keeps track of the domains from which people visit us and analyzes the data gathered from the Website visits for trends and statistics.

(a) Identifying Information. In order to make a purchase, Jain and Iyer will request a user to visit their WhatsApp catalogue and order the product from there. They uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping.

Third Parties cannot do anything with customer’s personal information unless Jain and Iyer has instructed Third Parties to do so. Third Parties will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from Jain and Iyer. Third Parties also commit to protect the data they hold on Jain and Iyer’s behalf and to retain it for the period Jain and Iyer instructs.

Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints.

(b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Jain and Iyer will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Jain and Iyer shall not be liable for unauthorised disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Jain and Iyer including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorised acts of Jain and Iyer’s staff and/or Third Parties.
