Ingredients: Rice, ragi, urad dal, fenugreek, iodised salt, citric acid.
Procedure:
- Take 1 measure of mix and add to 1 measure of water into smooth batter. (Set aside for 15-20 minutes)
- On a hot pan spread sufficient batter and cook on medium flame. Add 1tsp of oil.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney, Molgai podi, sambar.
